To build communities where it is the norm for people to possess and utilize the tools required to reach their maximum potential in all areas of life
To empower young people to design and lead successful lives by developing self-awareness, self-worth, and life skills
ABOUT USA shared vision
The Maximum Potential Project was created as the result of a shared vision between Jodi Marshall and Kathryn Waslen to build communities where it is the norm for people to possess and utilize the tools required to reach their maximum potential in all areas of life. We believe that investing in the potential of young people has a huge influence on achieving that vision, and are committed to creating and facilitating programs that empower young people as part of that investment.
Empowered Youth Program
Providing powerful information and practical tools, Empowered Youth is a 3 session program that gives participants the time, direction, and guidance necessary to assist them in living a more fulfilling life now and in the future. Empowered Youth is delivered in a small group setting and includes, lecture, discussion, recommended personal work, and individual support components.
Who should attend?
Would you like to know how to deal better with stress? Are you interested in learning how to effectively set and achieve meaningful goals? Is financial success important to you? Are you worried about what you’re going to do after high school? Do you want to be successful and confident? Could you benefit from improved communication with teachers, parents, or friends? Would you like to enjoy school more? If so, then this program is for you!
Participants are expected to attend all 3 sessions. In addition, because this is a pilot project and we are looking for ways to improve it, participants will be sent a brief, anonymous survey to complete after each session. The survey will seek participants’ feedback on the session, including content, program length, presenter interaction, and suggested changes.
In addition to program outcomes, participants will receive a workbook, an optional one-on-one coaching session, recommended personal work, and a certificate of completion.
